The following prices are for each available room on Monday to Friday (M-F) and Saturday & Sunday (S&S). All rentals include access to the Third Floor lobby, restrooms, kitchens Banquet Room (entire 4th floor with kitchen) $125.00 per hour M-F, $130.00 per hour S & S Small Banquet Room (4th floor with kitchen) $120.00 per hour M-F, $130.00 per hour S&S Large Banquet Hall (4th floor with kitchen) $120.00 per hour M-F, $130.00 per hour S&S Conference / Presentation Room (2nd floor with kitchen) $120.00 per hour M-F, $130.00 per hour S&S Lodge / Ceremony Room (3rd floor and includes Banquet Room) $120.00 per hour M-F, $130.00 per hour S&S Entire Building:

Liability Insurance Requirements
The Masonic Hall Association of Alameda. Inc. requires a certificate of General Liability Insurance in the amount of one million dollars ($1,000,000.00) with a hold harmless clause naming the Masonic Hall Association of Alameda, Inc. as an additional insured. The insurance certificate must list the date of the event to be held at the facility. This insurance certificate together with signed rental agreement and deposit must be to the hall manager 15 days prior to any event. General Liability Insurance should be available to you through your homeowners insurance company for a fee. We do not sell nor do we recommend any insurance company. The insurance must:
Parking Availability
There is a metered parking lot directly across from the hall and Alameda's new 350+ Parking facility is one block away. The lot has recently been changed to $1.00 and hour, with a 3 hour maximum while the parking facility is $1.00 for 2 hours. The parking facility uses an automated payment system which accepts Cash, Credit or Debit cards for payment and issues a receipt, for reimbursement purposes. |
